Once you join your membership, you will have access to the Programs and Training Plan (platinum only) - however you can start our programs at anytime.
We're here to help. We have a dedicated support and helpdesk system in place where you can put in a support ticket and ask anything about your training and I'll respond asap.
Yes, our training programs make an ideal gift. Purchase the program and send us an email to support@protrailrunner.com and let us know that you would like to gift it to someone and we'll get them setup. Let us know their full name and email address.
All our programs are designed to give you 4 weekly training sessions, the live Zoom sessions and a daily timetable for activities. You'll have access to both the running programs inside both memberships.
All of our memberships are charged monthly. Our Gold membership is $50AUD/mth, and our Platinum membership is $80AUD/mth.
Welcome to trail running. It can be very rewarding no matter what level you're looking to get to. Our programs are designed for all levels of runners. Sessions and programs are based for the intermediate level runner with adaptions for beginners and the advanced runner.
If you're a beginner, take it a little easier in the start of the program until your body is conditioned to the additional training sessions. Any questions, you can always ask on our support desk once you've joined.

It really depends on your goals and training experience. If you're new to Trail Running - I would recommend starting with the Gold membership until your body has adapted and is conditioned to Trail Running. From there, I would recommend moving to the Platinum membership so you can get the most out of your training with a personalised Training Plan.
